Sanford J. Pollack
Sanford “Sandy” Pollack was born in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and raised in New Port Richey, Florida. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University in 1991 before attending the University of Nebraska College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1995.
Following graduation, Sandy entered private practice and founded Pollack & Ball, LLC in 1996. He is licensed to practice law by the Nebraska Supreme Court.
As the founding member of Pollack & Ball, he brings decades of experience and a measured approach to complex legal issues. Sandy is known for his ability to evaluate difficult situations, develop practical solutions and provide clients with straightforward advice when they need it most.

John C. Ball
John Ball was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. He attended the University of Wisconsin and Nebraska Wesleyan University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1996. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law in 1999.
Following graduation, John entered private practice and joined Pollack & Ball, LLC, where he now serves as managing partner. He is licensed to practice law by the Nebraska Supreme Court.
John is known for his strategic and detail-oriented approach to the law. He takes the time to thoroughly evaluate each case, identify key issues, and develop effective legal strategies tailored to his clients' goals. Whether negotiating resolutions or advocating in court, John is committed to achieving practical results while helping clients navigate the legal process with confidence.

Heather S. Colton
Heather Colton was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and raised in Clitherall, Minnesota. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2010 before attending the University of Nebraska College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2014.
Heather joined Pollack & Ball, LLC as a law clerk in 2011 while attending law school and became an associate attorney upon graduation in 2014. In 2020, she became a partner in the firm. Heather is licensed to practice law by the Nebraska Supreme Court.
Heather combines a strong understanding of the legal process with a thoughtful and compassionate approach to client service. Having grown with the firm from law clerk to partner, she understands the challenges clients face during difficult legal situations. Heather is dedicated to providing personalized attention, clear guidance, and strong advocacy while helping clients move forward with confidence.
